make money orders or certified checks payable to the
"Consulate General of Uzbekistan". Visa fee is
non-refundable. Consulate General reserves the right to
deny issuance of any visa without providing an
explanation. If the payment is made by Canadian money
order, please add $10 on your money order. The U.S. bank
charges $10 fee for the money transfer from the Canadian
banks.
* For each additional entry the fee of $10 is charged.
Visa fees are waived for minors (except U.S. citizens)
under 16
